When Jesus called Simon and Andrew in Matthew 4, He told them to drop their nets and follow him, and He would make them fishers of men. In that mindset... We're going fishing!!
Join us as we go out into our campus with the sole intent of first praying for students, and, if the opportunity presents itself, sharing our faith with them.
It all started as "Prayer-Walking" and the students would simply ask others that they met if they had any prayer requests... From there it grew to something MUCH bigger! Now, people on our campus at USF are hearing a clear gospel presentation through these trips. Each week there are usually over 10 gospel presentations within the few hours that we are out on campus.
Join us once or weekly. You don't have to talk, you can just go with someone who had been doing this for a while and watch and learn, and build your confidence. The times here are the set-in-stone beginning times that we will be going on campus in groups... each trip 'officially' lasts about an hour, but it doesn't need to if you want to keep going (There's no such thing as too much prayer!) Remember, if these times don't work for you, simply grab a friend & go whenever you can! If you can get a group of 2+ that goes consistantly every week, we'd love to put it here so others can join you!
Simply loving people and asking if we can pray for them or help them is making a difference on our campus. It's not only a life changing experience for those who trust in Christ on these trips, but for the person telling as well.
